Hillery represents clients in all types of real estate and civil business disputes, including matters relating to commercial leases, commercial contracts, construction law, purchase and sales transactions, landlord-tenant law, title disputes, easement disputes, foreclosure, eminent domain, partition actions, unlawful detainer, and other real estate disputes.
Ms. Stones counsels private individuals, business owners, lending institutions, large and small commercial and residential developers, and contractors. She has successfully represented her clients through pre-litigation resolution, mediation, settlement, arbitration, and before both judge and jury.
Hillery also provides pro bono services for various clients, including her work with a number of clinics and nonprofit organizations in San Diego. Ms. Stones is greatly honored to serve on the Advisory Council for the Kroc Center, an inspirational resource which provides family support, education, recreation, and cultural arts for the community.
